Wage Category: $60,000 base salary plus commission and performance bonus. On-target earnings $80,000 to
$95,000.

The Role
You will open net-new distributor, wholesaler, retail and pharmacy, corporate, and OEM
accounts across Canada by prospecting by phone and email, working trade shows, and following
up on referrals and marketing leads. You will own every opportunity from first contact through
close, with the support of the sales manager on larger deals, and help introduce a growing
portfolio into channels where we are just beginning to build our presence.
This is a hybrid role. You will need to be in our Richmond Hill office one day a week for sales
meetings, and travel to prospect meetings, account visits, and trade shows across Canada as
required.
What You Bring
• 1 to 3 years of B2B sales or business development experience with a record of closing new
business (B2C sales backgrounds also considered)
• Comfort with outbound prospecting, including cold calls, and with selling a manufactured
product using samples and specifications
• CRM discipline and a hunter mentality
• Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent sales
experience
• Experience in PPE, medical devices, or healthcare supply is a plus
