Sales Representative / Account Manager
Job Summary:
Canada Masq is one of the largest Canadian manufacturers of PPE including CA-N95 respirators,
ASTM procedure masks, bouffants, and shoe covers, having developed a strong reputation built
on quality, innovation, and commitment.
You are a driven sales professional with a proven track record of generating new sales based
on your existing contacts, relationships, and experience, as well as a desire to expand sales
with current Canada Masq customers.
We are looking for a Challenger mindset with a competitive spirit to grow sales of our
comprehensive portfolio; someone who has a strong understanding of the sales processes and
excels at uncovering high ROI opportunities and closing sales. The successful candidate will
make strategic decisions based on in-depth knowledge of market potential and opportunities,
and will appropriately manage their time between seeking new business and expanding existing
customer revenue.
Responsibilities:

Identify new customers through strategic prospecting process, leveraging current contacts.

Develop market segmentation and create active pipeline based on industry knowledge and experience.

Arrange meetings with potential and existing customers to present company products.

Develop and strengthen current customer relationships, seeking new opportunities to increase sales.

Consistently increase customer base and sales growth.

Build and maintain solid working relationships with both new and existing customers.

Negotiate pricing aligned with corporate price corridors.

Actively utilize CRM tool to manage selling process.

Manage inbound customer inquiries, sales orders, product quotations and information requests.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Self-motivated, Challenger mentality, hunter mindset

Minimum 5 years direct sales experience.

Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and is comfortable operating in a fast paced environment.

Effective communication skills to confidently make cold calls or negotiate sales terms and pricing with the company pricing guidelines.

Exceptional customer service skills with a deep knowledge of customer service best practices.

Hands on Experience with CRM and MS Office Suite.

Strong presentation/communication skills.

Ability to meet deadlines and sales quotas.

The ability to travel to customers.

The ability to work independently.

Valid driver's license.
