REPORTS TO: Shift Supervisor

The Machine Operator plays a critical role in the direct manufacturing flow of the business. The tactical

operation of the machine operations, flow of production, and adherence to the strict safely policies and

procedures as they relate to the daily operation of our machines is critical to the profitability of the company.

Reporting directly to the Shift Supervisor, the Machine Operator is responsible for the swift use and production

of their machine, addressing and communicating production issues to the Shift Supervisor, and maintaining

safety protocols and procedures while operating any/all machinery in their use.



Without limiting the generality of the foregoing in any way, specific duties shall include:

• Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues in a timely fashion

• Load and unload equipment with the correct materials

• Conduct routine preventive maintenance on the machines and have a good sense of the machines functions

and adjust accordingly.

• Follow all safety procedures

• Conduct quality checks on the product and report issues immediately to Shift Supervisory




• Secondary School (Diploma)

• Enrollment given to those enrolled in a trade school or seeking a career in machine operation


• Previous experience in automated machine operations or other related fields

• Good mechanical Aptitude

• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills

• Be familiar with various tools

• Ability to handle physical workload (Lift up to 50 lbs. of material)

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
