Curbside pickup

We are implementing Curbside pickup for quick and easy delivery for customers who require same day delivery. We will notify you via E-mail when your order is complete. Upon arrival please call (647) 948-8158 ext 1003 and your order will be delivered to you outside of the front door. Please have your order number ready before calling.Our address is Unit 4, 10 Brodie Dr, Richmond Hill, Ont.

 

E-commerce and Shipping

The Shipping for E-commerce will be implementing a leave a card at the door policy for shipping to prevent theft and loss of packages. We are currently working closely with the shipping companies to prevent the continual spread of covid-19. 

 

Please Note that if Canada post is unable to deliver your parcel they will leave a pickup card at your door which will notify you of the nearest post office where your parcel is being held for pickup, if you're order is not picked up within the timeframe on the notice it will be shipped back to us at your own expense.  

 

If the packaging does not match the color of your order 

If you receive your order and notice the box does not match the color of your order , please check if there is a sticker which indicates the color of the mask’s inside the box. We are experiencing a shortage of packaging materials due to logistics issues caused by Covid 19 and have had to improvise the packaging. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
