This offer is strictly reserved for currently active members of the OPSWA. To be eligible for this offer, individuals must:

Member ID Requirement: To sign up for an account under this offer, you must provide your unique OPSWA member ID. Your member ID will be used to validate your membership status.

One Account Per Member: Each OPSWA member is entitled to create only one account. Duplicate accounts per member are not allowed and will lead to suspension of all associated accounts.

Non-Transferability: Your account is personal to you and may not be transferred, lent, shared, or otherwise made available to any other person, including friends or family members. The account is for the exclusive use of the active OPSWA member to whom it was issued.

Payment Methods: Acceptable payment methods for purchases under this offer include credit card, debit card, Apple Pay and any other payment methods as specified by CANADAMASQ at the point of purchase.

5. Shipping Policy

Free Shipping: CANADAMASQ offers free shipping on orders over CAD $99. This applies to standard shipping within Canada and is subject to change at CANADAMASQ's discretion.

Non-Refundable Items: Products that are hypoallergenic are deemed as personal items and, due to health protection and hygiene reasons, are non-refundable once sold.

Exchanges on Defective Items: If you receive a defective item, please contact info@canadamsq.com with your order number to initiate an exchange. Instructions for exchanges will be provided upon contact.
6. Activity Monitoring and Account Suspension
CANADAMASQ reserves the right to monitor account activity to ensure compliance with these terms and conditions. If any abnormal or suspicious activity is detected, CANADAMASQ may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your account. Abnormal activity includes, but is not limited to, excessive orders, multiple account sign-ups, and any activity suggesting unauthorized account sharing or transfer.
